We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Items will be dispatched from
our warehouse within 1-2 working days of receipt of your order. Delivery takes between 1 and 14 working days, Australia
wide. No deliveries are made on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
When we ship your order, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment.
We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated
delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
We will require an adult signature for deliveries, please provide a contact phone number on which you can be contacted
during the day. If you are not home at the time of delivery a calling card will be left outlining delivery options and
a direct contact number of the courier company. It is important that you make contact with the driver to arrange a more
convenient delivery time within 2 weeks otherwise your delivery will be returned to sender and your delivery fee forfeited.
You may nominate to have the driver leave at address if un-attended but it is important to note this will void insurance
on your delivery if it is lost or stolen.

Postage is calculated on the combined weight of your purchase, the weight of each item is indicated in the dialog box
top right hand side, viewed when your click on "more info" of the item you are looking at.
0.00 to 0.500 kg = $7.50
0.501 to 1.00kg= $10.50
1.01 to 2.00kg= $12.50
2.01 to 3.00kg = $13.50
3.01 to 4.00 kg = $15.50
4.01 to 5.00 kg = $16.50
5.01 to 6.00kg= $18.50
6.01 to 7.00kg = $19.50
7.01 to 25.00kg= $25.50
