Refund / Exchange Policy
We hope you will be completely happy with your purchases. However if for any reason you need to return goods, please do so within 30 days, unused with all packaging and tags, and we will either exchange or refund.
We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect. Exchanges that are not the result of a defect or a mistake where Lightyear Imports has sent you the wrong product will require additional postage and handling charges.
If you have a query in relation to our service or products, email info@lightyearimports.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We will aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. Once we have contacted you, we will keep you informed of the progress of your inquiry and aim to have it resolved within 5 working days.
Customers that have purchased products through other stockists or websites and not through lightyearimports,com.au can not refund or exchange items purchased from this store.
Privacy and Security
Lightyear Imports is a secure site, all credit cards are processed by a secure 1024 bit encryption bank approved payment gateway.
Any personal details which Lightyear Imports receive from you as a result of an inquiry or order will be kept confidential. We do not keep credit card details.
You will receive a confirmation email from us upon ordering one from our store detailing the order number and shipping address. If you wish to to be removed from our mailing list used to notify Lightyear Imports customers of sales and new products you can send an email to info@lightyearimports.com.au to request this at any time.
Delivery within Australia
We aim to ship your order on the next business day. Delivery within Australia is generally 4 -10 working days.
Delivery during Christmas, sale periods and for special promotion code offers may take up to two weeks. International orders will take longer.
If your order will take much longer than 7-10 working days, or the time stated on the item page for delivery, you will be contacted by phone or email.
International Delivery
Orders for delivery outside Australia and New Zealand are sent by air mail and are charged per item. Please contact us for a comprehensive postage option list.
